We’re delighted to announce that our arboricultural business unit has won a tender to carry out tree hazard surveys of up to 21 sites across Hertfordshire and London and up to 100 trees at multiple sites on the Isle of Wight.
We will be working closely with our client, Land and Water, and the Environment Agency in order to get the surveying and reporting delivered by the 31st of March. The works are required in order to satisfy health & safety requirements for public access.
Our survey works will entail surveying individual trees at each site and recommending appropriate management measures. We will be using our award-winning TIM software to facilitate the surveying and reporting.
Thomson Ecology’s regional arboricultural manager, Neil Francis, said,“We’re delighted to have picked up this large contract with our client Land & Water. Our works will help to ensure that the Environment Agency’s assets are compliant with health & safety requirements, and will help to minimise any future danger to members of the public.
The project team and I are looking forward to applying our arboricultural expertise and delivering these works within the brief.”
