Today we have launched our 2016 Graduate Training Programme for another year.
If you are a well-qualified graduate looking for a way into the ecology industry, you can now apply.
The graduate trainee scheme began in 2007 and during that time we have seen over 100 young people come through the programme. Some of our senior staff began their career this way.
Graduates receive a salary whilst working alongside senior ecologists for a full field season, gaining valuable experience of survey and mitigation techniques for a range of species and habitats, consulting and report writing.
Last year we had 300 applications, so competition is fierce! Because of this high level of competition, we now require applicants to hold a relevant Master’s degree.
