Thomson environmental consultants is delighted to become an Affiliate member of the Land Promoters & Developers Federation.
Established in 2018, the Federation brings together some of the country’s top land promoters and developers to tackle the housing crisis by increasing the supply, diversity and quality of new homes coming forward.
Thomson has a long track record of working with developers to address environmental issues – our services include ecological surveys and assessments, construction phase habitat creation and monitoring and supporting schemes through the planning process.
The delivery of high quality, affordable and sustainable housing is a priority for the government and joining the LPDF provides a great opportunity for Thomson to support promoters and developers to achieve this.
Working in partnership with clients across the project lifecycle, from small infill housing developments to large, complex, mixed use schemes, we are committed to delivering a first class service which helps clients achieve successful project outcomes with positive environmental benefits.
For more information on our environmental services for housing and commercial development, including EIA, sustainability and climate change, contact Peter George.
